Responsibilities:

• Receiving goods directly from trucks, including checking for completeness and quality

• Distributing and properly storing goods

• Picking and issuing items in a traditional warehouse environment

• Preparing and picking materials for production orders

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training in warehouse logistics, retail, or a comparable qualification is an advantage – motivated career changers are also welcome

• Previous experience in warehousing or logistics is an advantage

• Forklift license is an advantage, or willingness to obtain one

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain an overview even when handling a large number of items

• Careful, accurate, and independent approach to work

• Team player with a reliable and responsible attitude

• Basic knowledge of using IT systems / warehouse management systems

We are looking to strengthen our IT team with an additional IT employee.

Your Tasks:

As part of our IT team (currently IT manager and a system administrator), you support the smooth operation of the entire IT environment.

Your core tasks include:

• Ensuring stable IT operations in the Windows environment

• Support for client and server systems

• Supporting users with IT problems (in person, by phone - uncomplicated and solution-oriented)

• Administration of network, firewall, office applications, and other systems

• Analysis and troubleshooting in the entire IT environment

• Support for telephone systems, mobile devices, notebooks, and printers

Requirements:

Professional Qualifications

• Completed technical training in the field of information technology (technical) or comparable qualification

• At least 5 years of professional experience in the administration of Windows server and client systems and support of networks

• In-depth knowledge of Windows administration (Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy)

• Experience with virtualization environments (e.g. Hyper-V)

• Knowledge of network technology (LAN/WLAN, VLAN, VPN)

• Experience with firewall systems and IT security solutions

• Knowledge of Office 365 administration is an advantage

• Basic understanding of IT security and data protection (ISMS, NIS2/NISG 2026 an advantage)
