Mulled wine, music, and a great atmosphere: highlights of the MEHLER Christmas party 2025
On December 12, we celebrated our Christmas party together with all our employees. Thanks to mulled wine, fairy lights, and Christmas music, the production area was transformed into a festive gathering place full of Christmas spirit, good conversation, and special moments.
In addition to a varied buffet, three lovingly designed Advent huts awaited all guests. There was warm punch and mulled wine, fresh crêpes, waffles, and selected schnapps varieties.
After a speech by our CEO Thomas Mehler, we officially started the evening. After dinner, the photo booth with numerous accessories provided fun group photos and unforgettable moments. Another highlight was the raffle. The main prize—a travel voucher—went to our colleague Hanifa. We wish her lots of fun on a trip of her choice!

Fit4Future 2025: Experience Technology and Discover Apprenticeships
This year, MEHLER once again took part in the Fit4Future event at the Stadthalle Steyr. At our booth, interested young people and their parents had the opportunity to learn all about our apprenticeships in the fields of electrical and metal engineering. At our hands-on station, visitors could try out real tasks themselves – from wiring cables and inserting terminals to connecting switches, offering a practical insight into our everyday work.
A big thank you goes to our colleagues Sabine and Aldiana, who answered every question about apprenticeships and our company with great dedication and expertise.

Even without blazing sunshine, the atmosphere at the 2025 summer party was fantastic. In the chillout area, employees could relax with their feet in the sand and a cocktail in hand, while the more adventurous among us took on the mechanical bull. The youngest guests had a blast on the bouncy castle.
Culinary delights were provided for everyone: grilled fish on a stick, grilled chicken, and BBQ left everyone full and happy – followed by sweet treats like mini foam rollers and ice cream. A special highlight: five of our colleagues celebrated their birthdays on the very same day. Their special occasion was celebrated together with all colleagues, and the management directors also offered their warm congratulations.
Thank you to everyone who joined us – we’re already looking forward to the next Summer Party!

Technology meets talent: MEHLER at the GROW Job Festival 2025
At the GROW Jobfestival at HEY! STEYR, we showed potential apprentices what characterises an apprenticeship at MEHLER: technical expertise, collaboration and genuine enthusiasm. Our colleague Sabine impressed visitors with a steady hand on the hot wire, inviting everyone to join in and try it themselves. Meanwhile, our apprentice Aldiana answered all questions about our training programs with her open and engaging manner. We would like to thank both of them and everyone who stopped by. Who knows – maybe we’ll see each other again soon at a trial day or even in the next apprenticeship year!

Our Christmas Party 2024 - An unforgettable evening!
On December 15, 2024, we were able to properly conclude another successful year at our Christmas party – an evening full of enjoyment, joy, and special moments!
The celebration began with a festive meal that left nothing to be desired and set the stage for an evening of great spirits. Particularly moving was the honoring of our jubilarians, where long-serving employees were recognized for their loyalty and dedication. A special moment was the recognition of colleagues with 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and even an impressive 35 years of service. We are proud of every anniversary, especially that of Thomas Mehler, one of our managing directors, who celebrated his 15-year anniversary – thank you for your passion and dedication!
Another highlight of the evening was the lovingly crafted presentation that allowed us to look back on the year 2024. It became clear what we have achieved together and how many exciting projects have shaped us. Of course, the annual photo booth was also a must, where many fun memory photos were taken. The evening was rounded off by the raffle, where there were great prizes to be won – another reason for joy!

Sonepar Partner Meeting: Positive vibes and new impulses in Vienna! 🌟
From 10 - 11 October, we from MEHLER Elektrotechnik were at the Sonepar Partner Meeting in Vienna - and it was more than worth it! The trade fair on Thursday was well attended and the atmosphere was simply great despite the current challenges.
A big compliment to the organisers - the trade fair was superbly organised and relaxed. The evening event in particular was a real highlight, the perfect setting for making new contacts and networking in a relaxed atmosphere.
The Marx Halle in Vienna provided the ideal setting for many exciting discussions with our new customers and existing partners. The consistently positive feedback showed us that our commitment is well received and appreciated.
Especially in times like these, it is important to strengthen dialogue and cooperation. We look forward to incorporating the new ideas and impetus into our next projects and breaking new ground together!

Summer party 2024: A day full of fun & shared successes
The 2024 summer party was a complete success and brought our employees together. The weather was perfect and we celebrated our joint successes in a relaxed atmosphere. The large ‘playground’ was particularly popular, providing entertainment with activities such as axe throwing and football darts. Our employees were able to relax in the chill-out area and enjoy the beautiful weather.
Culinary delights were also on offer: From Steckerlfisch, grilled chicken and burgers to ribs & wings and refreshing ice cream, there was something for everyone. An unforgettable day for our team!

ME-BLE
ME-BLE equipotential bonding for metal contact hazard protection covers: ME-BLE equipotential bonding is specially designed to establish an electrical connection between the distributor insert and the metal contact hazard protection cover.
The four pointed spikes of this spring steel plate ensure a low-resistance connection by cutting through the powder-coated surface.
Thanks to its uncomplicated installation, the plate is easy to retrofit. It is made of 0.3 mm black anodized spring steel.

Panel Dividing Set
The panel dividing set is used to divide the post-counter panel into a sealable part and a part that is accessible to the customer. The division is available in two standard divisions. 1/2 + 1/2 division or 1/3 + 2/3 division. Special partitions are available on request.
